Who may use The Coaching Map

You must be at least 18, have an approved account, and provide accurate information. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

Operator and governing law

The Coaching Map is operated by Lucid Training LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste 7007, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply to you under another applicable law.

Recording responsibly

Upload or import only one-to-one adult coaching or practice sessions that you are entitled to use. You are responsible for obtaining clear permission from everyone recorded and for following applicable recording, privacy, professional, and contractual rules.

Developmental use

The Coaching Map supports reflection and professional development. It does not issue an ICF credential, make a formal competency decision, predict an examination result, or replace a qualified human mentor, supervisor, assessor, therapist, lawyer, or doctor.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or unrelated material.
• Do not attempt to access another person’s account, evidence, or integrations.
• Do not use automated output as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about another person.
• Do not interfere with security, availability, quotas, or technical controls.

Your content and our service

You keep your rights in content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to host, secure, process, translate, and present it to you according to your settings and permissions. We may change or suspend features when needed for safety, maintenance, law, or service improvement.

Availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable service, but availability and automated output are not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and ending access

We may update these terms and will present material changes appropriately. You may stop using the service and request eligible deletion. We may restrict access for serious misuse, security risk, or legal necessity.
